Summer Reading Concert Finale.  Still on the Hill brings a show about Instrument Makers of the Ozarks to the Newton County Public Library.  It is an all ages FAMILY AFFAIR.  Kids will get to play their own handmade instrument on the last song as the GRAND FINALE!
